FAQ
Oklahoma Termite Treatment Frequently Asked Questions
Arrow Exterminators was the first Oklahoma Pest Control Company to test the Sentricon™ System in Oklahoma. Over the years, we have learned a few things about Termite Control. Here are a few of the frequently asked termite control questions.
-
What does termite treatment cost? - It depends on where you are in the damage cycle when the termites are discovered. Pre-emptive Termite Control treatment costs a lot less than catching them after they have established the wood harvesting operation and extensive repairs are needed. Arrow Exterminators provides a free, no obligation termite inspection.

How can I know if I have a Termite problem? - First, understand that termites live in the soil and feed wherever a supply of food, in this case wood, can be found. Oklahoma is notorious for providing favorable conditions for termites.
- If you see Termites, either dead or alive, trust that they are not alone. Remember, they live and work out of sight. So if you are finding them, they have swarmed.
- If you find 'mud tubes' around your foundation, plumbing, under flooring or along joists and siding, you have found the termite highway system. These Termite mud tubes will look like a thick tube, about the size of a drinking straw. They can be very, very hard and will provide protection against chemicals applied to the soil and surface.
-
If you observe wood that has been hollowed out, or if you find piles of debris near baseboards, joists or cracks in the walls, assume that Termites are at work. Remember, Arrow Exterminators has been providing Oklahoma with high quality Sentricon Termite Control Services for longer than any pest control company. Arrow Exterminators provides a free, no obligation termite inspection.
